The Project

The care home was acquired by a private investor and the home needed to attract self-funding residents in order for it to be a viable business. Starting with the branding and the websites, we have worked in conjunction with the client over many years who at the same time gradually refurbished this sprawling Victorian hall to what it is today. The home had the benefit of a wonderful team, many of whom had been there for decades, and this was instrumental in being able to change the business’s target audience while keeping the business running.

The Method

With a new brand, based upon carvings in the original brickwork of the building, we built a website and digital marketing campaign to provide a sustainable level of enquiries to the home in order for them to gradually move to self-funding residents. We visit the home at least once a year to renew the library of images, we have created multiple videos for them, and the printed marketing materials were completely overhauled.

The Results

The home is now full, with a full team of staff. We work closely with the owner and with the homes on a regular basis to adapt our campaigns depending on the market and we manage the printed and digital output of the home to ensure it is always up-to-date. This year, we are creating the first post-pandemic videos to show how life is back to normal and what this means to residents and their families.
